My Creative Work

This is the house i designed for my major work in 2011. Its not very creative, but so much time and effort went into its final design that its my most valuable piece of work. I also created a MDF model of it to a scale of 1:20.
The house was intended to be environmentally sustainable, which directed all the room placements, and 3 floors (basement as a summer 'chill' zone).

St Mary's Cathedral

St Mary's Cathedral, (Sydney city) is so inspiring and elegant as a building, its not often that you can look at a building in awe, but Sandstone Cathedrals, and (some) Sandstone colonial buildings do just that. These buildings can take you back in time, and make you wonder how they made it, and how it still stands today. Architecture to me, should never be just about a space, the space should be well thought about and designed, the space should contrast or complement its environment, and it should be created with the intent to cause an emotional reaction by its users.
